#87368 08/05/2002 1:56 AM | Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 39 Member | | Member Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 39 | hello all. my truck is not in the driveable stage yet but the engine is running. i started it up the other day and ran it for a bit. when i was done messing around for the day, i went to disconnect the battery cables i noticed that they were really hot! is this normal? if not what is causing them to get so hot? i don't remember this happening other times. the only thing different is that i just hooked up a new ignition switch. could it be hooked up wrong? thanks in advance. oneton
