in addition to what cletis said, you will also need the valve cover, oil fill/breather pipe to replace draft tube, pvc pipe and the vacuum manifold that screws into the intake manifold plus the pvc valve to make it look oringinal.
i got one from a 46 350 (two ton) and put it on my 40's 270.
