It is ok to hook up the heater motor to a battery to see if it will work. If you run it for a couple of minutes you should be able to see if it is going to work or roll over and play dead. If it works i now have the heater motor voltage reducers available so you can keep the stock heater blower motor and switch. Let me know....Randy
