The resister is available from any parts store. It came on all 55 up cars & trucks up to about early 60,s when they built the resistance into the harness. Wire it in the wire from the ign. switch to the coil & mount it on the engine side firewall. It,s best to put a bypass wire to bypass the resister when starting but is not nessesary.
