First of all ,don't give him yours. I think I would give those rod big ends some careful measuring with a bore gauge. I know you measured them before, but if the rod bearings are all scored on one side , that is telling you something. Is there any debri floating in the oil galleries in the crank? If the rest of the bearings are good, I wouldn't suspect an oil pressure problem. Are the pistons installed correctly on the rods?. Just trying to offer some idea's to set ya to thinkin' Hope you get to the bottom of it
