| | | | Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 1,897 Member | | Member Joined: Feb 2001 Posts: 1,897 | .Sounds about normal for every inline-6 cylinder with 1-barrel carb I have heard without an air-cleaner.If you put a vacuum guage on it and you get a steady 17inHg + of reading at a warm idle, it is nothing to be concerned about.
There is enough good in the worst of us and enough bad in the best of us that it does not behoove any of us to criticize the rest of us.
