I still don't have answers to my questions.

First questions is, in the example above (and I know those are not the color of my wires but I understand the concept) can I combine the two left wires (pink & light blue) and connect them to my left wires on my terminal board and combine the two right wires (black & dark blue) to my right wires on my terminal board?

Second question is, what do I do with the White brake light switch wire? I am assuming I don't need it because I have separate wires and bulbs and not using the brake lights, am I right? Can I just terminate the White wire with some black electrical tape?

I understand the example wire colors, my wires are cloth and I have already identified them with an ohm meter

On your aftermarket switch there will be another wire for the pilot light.

You say your brake lights have 2 separate bulbs. I think you are mistaken. I believe that one bulb is brake light and the other is tail light. In order to tie the front and rear wires together at the switch you will need a separate light housing for the turn signals. You will not be able to use the existing wires to the existing brake lights. Then you may terminate the brake light wire from the switch.

My Tail Light Assembly has two bulb one on the top and one on the bottom click the link to see My Tail Light Assembly the top bulb is dual filament one for the brake light and one for the tail lights. The bottom bulb is only for the turn signal and is a single filament

You will also need to convert the front light sockets to dual filament and run new wires for them.

I already converted my front parking lights to dual filament and I have a separate wire running to a terminal board for them
