According to the wiring diagram in my 1948-1951 Chevrolet Truck Shop Manual the '50-'51 did not have a horn relay. The '52 supplement does not have a wiring diagram which indicates there were no changes.
A hot wire runs from the + side of the ammeter to the horn. The ground wire runs to the horn button.
