Pull all the fuel lines and filters, clean the tank and lines. Two filters in the line might hint at a crappy tank and previous problems. Probably one or both filters is clogged. I'd clean the tank and get it over with. No sense wondering about it and guessing what the problem may be. Post the numbers from the front pad as HotRodLincoln suggested. A casting number is on the rear of the block on the drivers side, near where the clutch housing bolts to the engine. That number is also useful.
