I wanted to put 280/70 19.5 on the front of my Class A motor home. I was quoted over $1k each. I put a pair of 9.50/85 16.5s on for less than 1/2 the cost of one 19.5. I suggest you look for an equivalent metric in a passenger of light truck tire, providing your not hauling any real weight. There are enough 20 inch rims out there for light trucks, you should find something.
