Tonight I decided to started cleaning up the 4 speed, and dissect the leaking Muncie P2HX PTO.
I've read seal replacement is fairly easy on these units, but I'm looking for the pointer in the right direction!
I have it to this point...
<pic> <pic> <inside> Need I remove the shafts to pull the seals? And if so, how??
As far as I know the seals are
- Timken 480821 or Chicago Rawhide 7474
- Timken 480889
but I can see a national number one, 50800.
