I used a punch and first knocked the drive line out - removing the seal while doing so.
But the engagement pin drove out the opposite way! After which I removed that seal.
I can also make out the seal #'s so I think I'm good to go, although I've never heard of a "Victor" seal, hopefully my local guy can cross reference.
