Hmmm? Eight lugs on an IHC 1.5 or 2 ton doesn't add up. Especially if it's an L-150 or R-150. About all of them have the 5 lug x 8" stud piloted pattern used by Ford, Dodge, and M15/16 series Studebakers from the '40s before they adopted the GMC hub piloted wheels. A lot of the L-150s came with 17" Budds, and 20" were optional. Nice thing about IHCs, they just about all used Goodyear style split lock ring rims. I've never come across any with widow makers.
