An L-150 with 17s would probably have Budd #59340s. I've searched IH sources for these because they are the wheels I use on my Marmon-Herringtons. They have Goodyear 5" wide "LW" split locking ring rims.
It's a ton and one half. If you buy it, and find that the wheels are junk as so often is the case, replacement 17s are pretty easy to find if you are ok with the later 6" wide variety. The 17" x 6" Budd #66520 wheel was used by IHC on later models, and was especially used by Dodge on their 60s and 70s era motor homes. The rim is a Goodyear "LBW" split ring design. New 7.50 x 17" tires are made by STA and are available from Universal Tire, Coker, and probably Lucas and Miller too. Stu
