| | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | for the gen and reg, if you get the units for a '56 and up truck you should be good - if you have any auto electric shops around check with them, otherwise a good parts store should be able to get them, like NAPA [make sure you get the ignition resistor or internally resisted 12V coil too] .... expect to spend a bundle buying new ones, if you prefer cheaper, try a post in the parts wanted
