I had to disconnect the cable to continue driving. I finally took it apart but broke the thin shaft that drives the needle in the process. I "fixed" it by supergluing a very thin tube (from a watch band connector) over the two broken halves. It's a very iffy fix.
Does anybody have a speedo for a 62, PU? I looked in the swap meet but no luck.
