Hello Joe,
I found the carrier form a fellow street rodder in Tooele,UT. He sent me photos of it mounted on a 37 0.5 ton truck he is building. He is in the process of cutting it off the box and then bead blasting it for me. It my not be original but it was spot welded to an original 37 box on the riders side in front of the riders rear fender. There does not appear to be a fender dimple for it.
