Why do you think you need headers? Generally, they increase the noise and temperature under the hood, and are almost impossible to seal adequately. Leaky gaskets and burned spark plug wires will be a constant problem, and unless they're custom-made with equal-length pipes from each cylinder, there's little or no power advantage over stock exhaust manifolds.
