I've owned several 55 and 56 chevy's and never heard of or seen anything in 55 about a 6 volt.
For some reason always I always thought Ford was 6 volt in 55 and went to 12Volt in 56...??
....or maybe I'm confused! I go a little crazy when talking about Fords. | | |
