Greetings, Scott and Welcome to The 'Bolt. If you're talking about some type of aftermarket tape or CD deck, then you need to address the power situation a little differently. First off, check your hookup instructions which came with the radio. This will tell you which wire is "battery +" which your radio uses for station memory and clock functions, the other wire will be for "accessory +." I don't know much about what's going on in the fuse panel of your '70, but when I had my '72 Malibu, there were two terminals on the fuse panel marked "bat +" and "acc +." It's a simple matter of attaching a male spade terminal to the end of each wire and then plugging it into those slots. you'll need to extend the wires which came with the radio harness a bit, then just run 'em across under the dash and secure 'em. Hope this helps, any further questions, don't hesitate to ask.
Regards,
Wannabe
