Kurt_51carryall Shop Shark K Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 835 Raleigh,NC	If you have been using multi-grade detergent oil, I would for sure continue using it. If The engine has always been run with non-detergent oil, I would remove all the covers and pan, clean out the gunk and switch to detergent oil. It's just so much better oil. Kurt
