Permatex High Tack works good for the valve cover. It works best to glue the gasket to the valve cover, being careful to line up the bolt holes, and then install on motor. High tack should be available at napa or somewhere like that and should have easy to follow instructions on the can. Be sure to only glue one side or youll have a hellava time ever getting it off again. I dont know on the other.
