I was just on JEG's website and Flex-a-lite has an inline hose fitting with guage ports. No drilling or tapping either, just split your hose, insert, and tighten hose clamps.
I've never used or seen the probe type, that Squire is speaking of. I would rather have a something that has coolant flowing over it. Just my $.02 worth.
