Your truck IS a 1934 or at least the sheet metal is...

1933 had a flat radiator, yours is V'ed.

1933 has lots of small vertical lovers on the hood side, 1934 has 4 large ones one the rear half.

The front fenders in 1933 just barely roll over the top of the tire (drivers side has the fender end at about 11 o'clock, 1934 end just above the bumper (9:30).

With the long running boards my guess it was born either a Open Express (Heavy Duty Pickup) or a Canopy Delivery. They both were single wheel trucks with rear fenders that bolted to the running boards.

Everything from the door hinge post back including the doors looks custom made. Chevrolet doors had round corners for the glass.
