I have a 2000 silerado with a 4.3 v6, has 120,000 miles and never been tuned up, (other than changed plugs at (45,000)miles.Change oil every 3000 miles and air and fuel filters regularly. Now the question, Does this engine have a distributor cap and rotor like older engines? With all the electronic stuff I don't know, I hate to even open the hood, but it's about time to change the cap and rotor if there is one. Anyone know?
