Well; the engine is 15 months old with 200 miles on a 12 month warranty. They wished me well and want me to tell them what I find. They feel no responsibility. Once I have it open and know the real problem, we may be chatting again.
If I don't get reasonable satisfaction I'll discuss their 'service' with ALL my friends.
