I had 3/4 T springs with I believe 7 springs. I removed 3 leafs and used a vinyl liner. I haven't drove yet but the rear end has a lot more bounce. Some pics start here. Maybe give you a few ideas. Have fun and good luck

Thanks for the pics! So what is the purpose of putting the smaller leaves on top of the longest leaf, the way you did it?

He probably put the shortened leaves back on top of the spring to maintain the same overall depth of the spring for the stock U bolts. That's what I have done in the past anyway.
