There's a clip that screws to the cab and the moulding hooks to it at upper rear edge so it's hidden under the moulding. Then you have the mounting screws in the door jam and one at the rear of the cab where the moulding wraps around. On my '65 I didn't have the clip so I used several layers of 2 sided outdoor mounting tape in that corner and it worked.
