Been wanting to add the Custom cab moulding to my '64 C10. They sell for big bucks (about $200) for a shiny pair online and the ads usually refer to some kind of mounting hardware.
I'm checking them out on ebay and from what I can see, the mouldings come with some screw holes and that's about it. This is my first project car and I'm going for more of a hot rod thing than a full perfect restore, so a little patina and wear doesn't bother me.
Can I easily affix the cab moulding using just screws or is there something additional I need? I've checked a bunch of online catalogs and didn't see anyone selling just the mounting hardware ... makes me think that's because it would just be 8 simple screws! Any tips?
