I had a run around like that with an electric pto clutch for a garden tractor. I had a two month wait and no response to my calls and e-mails. I sent an e-mail and asked if they were still in business, because if not I was going to the tractor site and tell everyone not to order anything. I had my money back and a not my fault from those clowns within an hour. They apologized for the inconvenience. I told them it was the wrong I word, should have been incompetence. Got a clutch from another source in two days.
