It's both!
Its a brand, and it stand for very high temp. It does cost more, here its about $15 a bomb, but it really stands up much better. I had sprayed the fenton headers on my 216 with clear, and they looked great. No burn off.
Well, until I wrapped them with lagging much later. Man, that was awful. The first trip I took was a 15 minute blast down the highway, and then a stop at a red light. There was so much smoke pouring out from under the hood it looked like the truck was on fire! Hahahaha.
I digress, the paint worked well, much better than the regular high temp stuff. If you do some masking, you can spray them right on the truck. I know how un-fun it is sometimes getting them, and the intake on, you almost need three hands.
