#81742 08/22/2007 1:59 AM | Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 113 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Aug 2005 Posts: 113 | I have a Dana 60 front axle out of a '87 Chev K-3500 4x4 Dually and a Dana 70 out of a '90 P-3500 cube van (also a dually). The Dana 60 is RH (passenger side) drive.
I realize that the NP205 was never used by GM as a divorced style case, but would like to make my installation look like a standard NAPCO installation.
I like the 205 as it's gear drive (not chain) and is known to be bulletproof. I'd like to use a diesel in front of it, but am not entirely sire which one yet (Duramax?????). I also like the idea of a divorced mount for driveshaft angles and for flexibility in transmissions.
bigswingdaddy, is your spicer 23 RH drive? I should be able to bring it up from down there without too much trouble.
