I'd appreciate someone refreshing my memory. On a say '50 Chevy 1/2 ton, there is a metal arm type arrangement that supports the forward end of the emergency brake cable coming from the rear wheel. I would like a description of it or a photo would be better. I assume this part is bolted to the frame. Thanks
