I thought I read somewhere that you could grind and polish the rocker where it contacts the valve stem if it is worn. Some of mine have small depressions in them where they contact the valve stem and I was considering doing this. Is this advisable and if I do it, is there anything I need to be aware of (besides getting it true and not taking off too much material)?
