Well just try them frist I ride bike and make a lot of miles in a year it just makes a silk purse out of a sows ears ,the bikes ride smoother and dont jump so hard over the black strip on the road , but if you are going to use them in you truck or car what I find they reckamend should be double the amount I run them in my one ton and just double the amount same in the bikes and it can be reused from tire to tire ,and tires go a lot more mileswith the beads
small tires should use glass
big tires steel beads they are of coure are all covered with polymeres , so check whats on the inside
