I do hear a lot about Mar-K's quality and they answer questions here in the Bed forum and they're USA made. I have heard many compliments of their quality and they DO offere free shipping quite often. Check them out while doing your home work.
Several years ago I bought the set up from MacHils in Mo. and while mine was good stuff that was years ago and I have not heard much about them lately.
