47bolter Wrench Fetcher 4 Joined: Dec 2011 Posts: 36 Oregon	Hi everyone I recently just purchased a 1947 2nd series Chevy half ton pickup. It has the 3 speed floor shift transmission. I was wondering if this 3 speed is the same transmission as the column shift 3 speed or if it is a different beast. If anyone has a link to any information about this transmission that would be great too. Thanks!
