Spent a few hours in the shop today.
- Adjusted the valves
- Checked the timing
- Tore the carb apart and cleaned all passages. Didn't find any issues. Set the float and reassembled with a new gasket.
- new fuel lines, with new filter. Fuel pump has prescreen as well.
Will run only with choke on or with idle screw turned all the way in. I'd guess RPM's are at 2k.
I'm out of ideas. Any ideas I have had I have tried 3 or more times. My dad who is a hard core car guy 50+ yrs is stumped as well.
Lack of fuel to the carb is not the problem.
