It's not leaking around the bolts, and yes, I tried putting on a PCV rather than the current road tube, and no difference. I am at a total loss on this thing. I didn't build it up, because I didn't want to mess with it, just drive, and I have had nothing but problems from day one. Thanks for everyones help.
