Use an engine stand that has 4 wheels (casters) on it rather than the one with just 3. Your 230 is quite a bit longer than a V8 and if you do any cranking on fasteners on the motor (headbolts, damper pulley bolt, etc.) it is just too easy to dump the thing on the floor if you use an engine stand that just has 3 wheels.
