If you go to eBay and look for the BIG literature dealers, you know, the guys selling all the car and small truck stuff. Send them a PM and ask if they have the manuals you need. Most of them don't put the big truck stuff out on eBay because the market for them is so much smaller.
I got lucky and scored a pair of Truck Data manuals (1970 & 1971) that are in their original 2" thick 3-ring binders while at a flea market last winter. They cover everything from the Vega Panel to the Astro COE's.
You just need to keep your eyes open...
