| | | | Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 946 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 946 | I replaced the rear axle pinion seal on my truck and figured while I was under there I should tighten up every bolt. Well, glad I did because one of the drive shafts (I have 3) had very loose nuts. Same with some of the exhaust bolts. So a word to the wise, tighten those bolts every once and awhile!
Do you guys use lock-tight to keep bolts in place? I have lock washers, but those obviously don't do the job. | | |
