As a warning, mine was installed with the brackets on top of the rails instead of under, so to remove it i have to take the bed off. i need to replace the wood in the bed and same thing has to be done to get to the bed rail bolts.

thanks for the heads up, I was about to install it with the brackets on top. i didn't look ahead at future repairs.
