I can think of a couple of things right of the top of my head to check first, lug nut torque and tire pressure. Without knowing what size/type tire you're running, I really can't give you much more of a suggestion on pressure than to start with the oe spec of 45 front/55 rear. Same goes for lug torque, manual calls for 90 ft/lbs.
