Just a suggestion.....I'm running the same carb setup...C/W's, Offy, fresh 1960 235+ into Fentons, stock dist, .72 T5, 3.42 diff, and 28" tall tire. Out of the box, they were near perfect. Great idle, no hesitation and clean burn with the secondaries.

However, I learned from my experience with the single Holley/Weber, that the stock fuel pump needed to be throttled down with a regulator. I'm now running 3.5 psi at the carbs and couldn't be happier. I bought an inexpensive regulator and gauge from Azone.

I don't know if this will help you with your problem but it works for me. I just can't imagine that with your timing on the money that you'd be having to make any major changes to the jetting.
