I drug this old thread back up to let ya'll know that this setup with the 16x6 wheels and LT235/85R16 tires works great on my daughter's truck. I just used the matching trailer hubcaps and applied the red CHEVROLET letters.
As an added bonus, it steers MUCH easier than it did with the 15" 60 series tires that were on the original rims. The wheels and tires were a birthday present and I put them after the kid went inside for the evening. In the manner of a high school girl, she just jumped in the truck in the morning and went to school without noticing a thing. She called when she got there and asked if I had installed power steering! Kids...
