I am not sure about that set up with a Nissan rear. You could call Tom at Foreign and Chevy Truck Salvage in Santa Ana who knows everything about trans and rear ends in old Chevy trucks. The 1955 Chevy 3 speed o/d trans bolts up to the bell housing and has the open drive splined shaft at the rear of the trans. I am going to Pomona Swap Meet on Sunday and could take the truck if you want to see it there.
