Hy Iron Clad, the hub is the part that the wheels bolt to, if you can find a whole rear axle assembly that will allow you to use the same wheels as the ones on your truck now, then you wouldn't have to carry two different spares (one for the front, and one for the rear). I know such rear axles are out there.
