Could it be that your window regulator spring is broken???

the window, frame, channel and regulator arms.
I realize that we would all like to find an easy way out but the truth of the matter is that most
of the time the only way to fix a problem like this is to repair or replace the loose, worn
or missing part that’s causing the situation.
