Check the position of your crank handle in the up position. Is it where gravity and vibration pulls it down which is in the crank-the-window-down direction? In other words if you have to crank the handle counter clock wise to lower the window AND the full up position of the handle is anywhere from 7 to 11 o'clock, gravity and road vibration can cause the crank handle to turn which allows the window to drop a bit. If the handle is in a 1 to 6 o'clock position with the window up, gravity and vibration will help keep it closed. If your window open by turning the handle clockwise just reverse the procedure. Back in the day when I was a body man I fixed a LOT of that exact problem with a simple repositioning of the handle.
